Landscaping – Milton, GA

Case: This project began with a newly built residence set on a large, unfinished front yard of exposed red clay and rough grading. The space offered potential but lacked character and definition. Key challenges included directing water away from the foundation, creating a functional and welcoming pedestrian entry, and blending the home’s stately architecture with the surrounding forested landscape. With no established features beyond utility stub-outs and a temporary stone edge, the property required a complete transformation—starting from the ground up.

Solution: Perfket Erth Landscaping designed and executed a comprehensive plan that united form, function, and natural beauty. A smooth concrete driveway and gently curving flagstone walkway now provide an elegant flow from the arrival area to the front entry. The soil was deeply amended and covered with premium sod to stabilize the terrain and deliver instant curb appeal. Layered planting beds frame the home and driveway, featuring a mix of ornamental trees, flowering shrubs, and textural evergreens. Together, these elements create a sophisticated, cohesive landscape that complements the home’s stone and shingle façade while grounding it gracefully within its wooded surroundings.
